After making the decision to use Eric to remodel the bathroom, I added repairs and modifications to the property required by Provo City in order to obtain a Renter's Business License. Eric met with city inspectors to make sure that all needed repairs were done to their requirements and that all necessary permits were obtained.

Completion of the project was timely without any “surprises” and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Eric's bid for the job was very reasonable and he actually came in under budget! I mailed a payment to Eric believing that I would still owe 5% to be paid after he completed my “punch list”. To my surprise, Eric informed me that I had overpaid him and he would be sending me a check for the difference. I told him to hang on to the money and I would come up with another job for him to do at the house.

I have worked with contractors in the past and have never had anyone finish on time and be under budget. I highly recommend Eric Millgate and Millgate Homes to anyone considering a remodel. I will definitely use Eric and Millgate homes again in the future."
