Our bathroom vanities are full adult-height, available in over a dozen colors. They are built to last with solid-wood dovetail drawer construction, soft-close, full-extension door and drawer hardware, and furniture-grade plywood interiors. As a Millgate Homes standard, we offer a 42”-wide vanity (which has 2 door and 2 drawers) and can easily be upgraded to larger sizes such as our deluxe 48” unit (which has 2 doors and 6 drawers). We also offer even larger cabinets with dual sinks!
Our bathroom countertops come standard with 3cm thick granite, a 4” tall granite back splash and can easily be upgraded to Quartz or even Marble for a luxurious touch.
Our tub/shower combos come with a BootzCast™ tub and a three-piece, cultured-marble tub-surround, while our showers come standard with a semi-Euro sliding glass-enclosure that can be upgraded to a full-Euro hinged glass door and stationary glass panel. (We don’t install cheap “inserts” for tub/shower surrounds.)
Our bathroom amenities are available in several different styles, colors and configurations for you to choose from, and our sinks are "under-mount" as standard. We use high-quality towel rings, towel bars, robe hooks, toilet paper holders, and vanity light fixtures that come in either a 4-bulb or 5-bulb configuration (depending on your vanity cabinet size). Our frameless bathroom mirrors are sized to fit the width of your vanity cabinet and are typically 36" tall. We start with brushed-nickel faucets and use the high-efficiency Gerber™ Viper toilets. In addition, our bathrooms are insulated with R-13 fiberglass batts, ensuring that your space stays warm and comfortable.
